  • COMPANY CORE VALUE: PREPARATION

We believe every high-quality finish begins with thorough, detail-oriented prep work. From surface repairs to cleaning and protection, we take the time to do it right before any paint is applied. Preparation makes up 50–75% of every project and is never rushed or overlooked. Before any coating is applied, we fully protect the customer’s home and surrounding areas. No step is considered optional—small details directly impact long-term results. Our standard is simple: every surface must be fully prepared and ready to receive paint before the finish coat is ever opened.

  • COMPANY CORE VALUE: IMPROVEMENT

Growth is not optional—it is expected. We believe every day is an opportunity to improve, both individually and as a company. Our team is committed to sharpening skills, learning new techniques, increasing efficiency, and refining attention to detail on every project.

As a company, we continuously evaluate our processes, raise our standards, and look for better ways to serve our customers. We do not rely on “how it’s always been done”—we evolve, refine, and improve to ensure each project is better than the last.

For less experienced team members, we understand that mastery takes time. You are not expected to know everything on day one—but you are expected to improve every day. Ask questions, observe, practice, and apply what you learn. Progress matters more than perfection. Effort, coachability, and consistency are what turn beginners into skilled craftsmen.

  • COMPANY CORE VALUE: RESPECT & ACCOUNTABILITY

Respect and accountability guides how we operate every day. We honor our commitments to the business, our customers, and our teammates by being dependable and consistent. This means showing up on time, staying focused, and maintaining reliable project timelines so everyone can work efficiently.

We communicate clearly, follow through on our commitments, and take full ownership of our responsibilities from start to finish. Our customers trust us with their homes, and our team relies on each other to carry their share of the workload—we do not let either down.

When mistakes happen, we address them promptly and make them right. Reliability, honesty, and follow-through are the standards we uphold on every project.

  • COMPANY CORE VALUE: CLEAR COMMUNICATION

Clear communication is essential to a successful project and a strong team. With our customers, we keep them informed throughout the entire process—providing updates on daily progress, current project status, timelines, what was completed, and what comes next. Any concerns, changes, or discoveries are communicated promptly to ensure there are no surprises.

Internally, communication is just as important. Team members are expected to speak up about jobsite needs, scheduling conflicts, safety concerns, or opportunities for improvement. Honest feedback is encouraged and respected—if there is a better way to do something, we want to hear it.

By communicating openly with both our customers and each other, we build trust, prevent problems, and continuously improve the way we operate.
